If you haven’t paid yet, create your account and choose your club plan there.
Invite your coaches.
In the dashboard, go to Coaches → Invite. Each coach gets an email to join your club.

Coaches sign in with the email you invited.
Order mics.
A clip-on mic gives the best audio. This is the most important step: C2X only works if the mic is recording, so check it before every session.
