Our Story
C2X was born from the vision of Kelly Sims, former Arsenal Women’s youth player coached by Emma Hayes. With 17+ years in elite youth coaching and 5+ years with U.S. Youth National Teams. She’s led the STA Girls Academy program to back-to-back national finals—winning the 2025 Champions Cup National Title and was an assistant during the CONCACAF U15 Championship (2021) for the U.S Soccer WYNT. She holds a B.Sc. in Coaching from Cambridge and multiple U.S. Soccer licenses.
Kelly is determined to revolutionize coach development. Our journey began with a simple observation: there is a significant gap between academic research in coaching theory and its practical application on the field.
By combining evidence-based research, real-world coaching experience, and cutting-edge technology, we set out to create a platform that accelerates coach growth and provides a pathway for continued education.
